These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile application "Produktions Rechner" (the "App") and the related web services at app.budas.ro, provided by Iosif-Cristian Budaș (private individual, the "Provider"). By installing, signing in to or using the App, you accept these terms.

The App is a tool for calculating production rates, shifts, breaks and dynamic employee hours across multiple production lines. It is intended for authorised employees and administrators.

1. Access is via a personal user account (username/email and password) provided or activated by the administrator.
2. There is no public self-registration. Accounts are created and managed by the administrator and may be time-limited.
3. For security reasons, only one active session per account on one device is allowed at a time (single session). Signing in on a second device may be blocked or may end the existing session.
4. You must keep your credentials secret and not share them with third parties. Any activity under your account is attributed to you.

The App may be used exclusively for operational purposes within the assigned role.

In particular, the following is prohibited:

• attempting to bypass security mechanisms,
• unauthorised access to other accounts or data,
• manipulating, disrupting or overloading the services,
• extracting, copying or reusing data outside its intended use.

The Provider strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The Provider may carry out scheduled maintenance (maintenance mode). During maintenance, access for non-administrators may be temporarily restricted. Upcoming maintenance is announced in the App.

All rights to the App, source code, trademarks, logos and content remain with the Provider. A simple, non-transferable, revocable right of use is granted for the duration of the employment or contractual relationship.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. To provide security features, device information, approximate location from the IP address, and login and activity logs may be processed, among other things.

The App may send push notifications (e.g. security alerts, maintenance notices). You can disable them in your device settings; certain security-related notices may then no longer be delivered.

1. The Provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.
2. In cases of simple negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
3. The calculations shown in the App are for support purposes. No guarantee is given for their accuracy and completeness at all times; the operational specifications remain authoritative.

The Provider may suspend or delete accounts in case of breaches of these terms, for security reasons, or upon termination of the underlying relationship. Account deletion can be requested at Delete account.

The Provider may amend these terms with effect for the future. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. The law at the Provider's registered seat applies, as far as legally permitted.
2. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
