Overview
Delete account and data
This page describes how to delete your account and all associated data in the Produktions Rechner app.

Your right to erasureWe respect your right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR. Two options are available.

Delete in the app
If you still have the app installed and can log in, you can delete your account directly in the app:
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right.
- Select the "Account" tab.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm the deletion by entering your password.

Request deletion by email
Send a brief email with the subject "Account deletion – Produktions Rechner" to our address:

Please provide the following details:
- person Your username in the app
- alternate_email The email address you registered with
- chat Optional: reason for deletion (voluntary)
schedule Full deletion within max. 7 working days
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data erasure
What data is deleted?
Upon account deletion, the following data is completely and irreversibly removed:
account_circleUsername, email address, password hash
badgeOptionally entered profile data (first name, last name, date of birth, address)
notifications_offPush notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
historyLogin logs (IP address, device hash, timestamp)
lock_openAccount lock records
calculateAll production-related data created in the app (shifts, calculations)

Retention
What data may be retained?
policyAnonymised logs · max. 90 days
For legal reasons (accounting/retention obligations, protection against misuse).
These logs no longer contain personal data and cannot be attributed to you.
admin_panel_settingsAdmin audit logs · max. 12 months
Regarding administrator actions (e.g. "User X was unlocked on date Y"), then anonymised.

Delete specific data
Do you only want to delete specific data (e.g. just the address or date of birth) without deleting the entire account?
tuneYou can change or clear these details in the app at any time under Profile → Account Settings → Profile.
